These are the guidelines that the participants have to abide by and make sure they are well acquainted with these to avoid any kind of confusion.

 • The fest will be conducted on 3 consecutive days i.e., 23rd, 24th & 25th Feb. outstation Participants will have to stay at the accommodation arranged by us. The venue is - The Club…..Bangalore.

 • The participants are not allowed to move out of the specified boundaries. Participants straying out in restricted areas or at odd hours will face unpleasant consequences.

 • Teams from Bangalore have to reach IBMT by 8.00 am Sharpe during all the three days.

 • All participants have to carry their ID cards on all three days.

 • No smoking and drinking allowed in the resort during the 3 days of fest except in areas specified by the management.

 • Discipline of each team will be watched closely, hence it must be maintained under the supervision of the management.

 • Each team will be assigned a co-coordinator who will guide the team in case of any doubts regarding rules, timings or events.
